2014 Co-fondatrice de The Heidies.

“My work is based on the image and the moment. I need to probe, capture and bring to light the mystery of the soul and reveal its beauty. »

Photographer, Pascaline Dargant seeks to enter the heart of her subject going to the essential without artifice. She questions emotions and the unknown, watching for letting go, on the lookout for spontaneity from which a moment of truth would flow. Preferring structure to mastery, she willingly compares the ideal shooting to a jazz improvisation in which grace would invite itself.

In her collage work Pascaline Dargant composes in a more unconscious way. Here the characters are in paper. Attracted by the aesthetics of the magazines of the 70s, she extirpates the "women objects" of the erotic magazines of that time to set them free. On a blank page, Pascaline Dargant creates carnal, almost wild stagings in which nudity is a strength. His women become powerful and free, accompanying animals and objects in an intriguing, poetic and comical narrative.

Pascaline Dargant lives and works in Paris.

Fashion, portraits, architectural, sculpture and design photography she  works regularly in high jewelry for Cartier and others french top end luxury brands.

2014 Co-founder of The Heidies.

"The bright and shiny red of the Pigalle walls, the intense black and white
bodies in love, the frank colors of nature offered.
Pascaline Dargant walks through genres with grace and daring, she explores without filter and without restraint bodies and skin, nature and women, variations and light.
The stories she tells, strong and singular, touch on the absurd, on humor, but also on dreamlike and sensuality. Her lively and carnal images would almost suffice to reveal their author. Almost, because a veil of mystery keeps the secret of the one who created them.
To probe her soul and discover it without detour, venture into the world of her collages, which are as funny as they are relevant and graphic.
In order to advance further in her photographic research, Pascaline works with her accomplice Caroline Denervaud under the name of the Heidies. They engage together in a rich and unique creation space, where colors and shapes, movement and matter dance in harmony.
Captivating images to consume endlessly".
